Melanie to Race at Trois-Rivieres GP

As an invited guest of Mazda North American Operations, Melanie will drive a Mazda MX-5 in the SIRIUS Satellite Radio Mazda MX-5 Cup in Trois Rivieres, Quebec this weekend. Practice commences on Friday morning, with qualifying on Saturday and the race on Sunday morning. More information to follow shortly.

Melanie Paterson Featured in Girl Racers Documentary

Global TV aired a four-part documentary entitled Girl Racers which charts the course of some of North America’s top female race car drivers throughout a racing season. The show followed eight drivers including Melanie, Danica Patrick and Milka Duno. The episodes took the viewers behind the scenes with the drivers to learn about the unique challenges of breaking through in the racing world.

The Girl Racers documentary was aired in Canada on Global TV and was also aired in teh United States on the Biography Channel. DVD copies will soon be available.
